Meghan Laffin is a U.S. dressage rider and trainer with over a decade of experience developing horses from first level to FEI. She spent 7 years as assistant trainer & groom to Olympic medalist Kasey Perry-Glass, an experience that allowed her to travel internationally with Team USA while also training and competing extensively herself.

Now based in Wellington, Florida, Meghan travels nationwide to teach clinics and is particularly passionate about virtual instruction. She enjoys helping riders in remote areas gain greater access to quality dressage education and training.

Meghan holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. from Coastal Carolina University, where she was also a full-scholarship Division I athlete in Women’s Volleyball. Her experience as a collegiate athlete instilled the discipline, work ethic, goal-setting, and commitment to continuous improvement that she brings to her training program and her work with riders and horses.
