Meghan Laffin
Over a decade of experience from young horse to FEI.
From 2019 to 2026, Meghan worked as an assistant trainer to Olympic Bronze Medalist, Kasey Perry-Glass.
In that time, she also worked extensively with Dana Glass on starting young horses, and helping horses with behavioral struggles.
In the summers of 2024-2026, Meghan flew to Europe with US team competition horses, and got to experience shows like CDIO Aachen from behind the scenes.
Meghan has cultivated a deep appreciation for what it takes to train and maintain these incredible sporthorses,
and do so in a way that prioritizes their health and happiness.
Meghan Laffin is a U.S. dressage rider with over a decade’s experience taking horses from first-level to FEI. She spent over 7 years as assistant trainer & groom to Olympic medalist, Kasey Perry-Glass where she not only got to travel the world with Team USA, but also was able to train and compete extensively herself.
Meghan is now based in Wellington FL, but travels worldwide for clinics, and teaches worldwide thanks to virtual coaching technology.
Meghan has her MBA from UC Davis, and B.S. from Coastal Carolina University, where she was also a full-scholarship Division-1 athlete in Women’s Volleyball.
